Several Issues

  • Hey,
    I am having lots of issues with the plugin
    1. After enrolling for a course, every other pages doesnt work on the student dashboard.
    2. Cant i search for courses based on keywords.
    3. Suggestion of course should be based on the student profile i.e Course of Study.
    4. I cant enter a classroom.. everything just goes to 404 error pages.
    5. When i click on Find Out More.. it goes to a blank page

    Hope you’re well today ??

    Lets do this one step at the time. The reason your links are linking to 404 is most likely related to your permalink structure.

    Please go to Settings -> Permalinks and make sure you have Post Name selected. This is required by the plugin in order for virtual pages to work properly. If you already have that try flushing (re saving) permalinks to see if that will help.

    I just have the normal default permlinks. Nothing indicating for the course press.
    Am i meant to create more pages?

    Hey again golf2bi,

    Not really sure what you mean by normal permalinks?

    Are you using Post name? As I mentioned above this is required by the plugin so virtual pages can work?

    I didn’t edit anything.. Its just as i installed th e plugin.. Am i meant to create pages?

    Hey again golf2bi,

    Plugin uses virtual pages so you do not have to create any pages. Please go to Settings -> Permalinks and set your permalink structure to Post Name, please see screenshot https://screencast.com/t/RyswmCOFWNGs.

    This is required by the plugin for its pages to work properly.
