Currently we are having a couple of issues.
One uses the "/events" slug: the Events Calendar plugin will show its calendar in place of the page.

Other we have an error showing in our logs, Events wont load up correctly for purchase etc Error 500 according to our host.

Hi @bazcb,

Thanks for your report.

I assume you are using WooCommerce Payments Plugin which is causing a conflict with the latest version of our Event Tickets plugin.

We have released a patch for this to avoid the error for now:

For the Event slug issue: you can change the slug from Events > Settings > General: https://d.pr/i/z2a34N

We had a similar issue and the patch fixed it for us. Will we need this patch once you fix the conflict with WooCommerce?

@rafsuntaskin but the question is when will that be? It’s a rather pain error and at the time of this issue we had to come to you rather than you coming to us when your aware of such a major issue.

Hello @bazcb @spigot,

We have just released a new update that will fix this error with WooCommerce Payments.

As this bug was originally generated from the WooCommerce Payments plugin therefore I have reported this on their forum and they are working on it.

However, with our new update, we have fixed it from our side.

You now remove the patch once you get the latest v5.1.9.1
