Several page refreshes need to fully load home page

Since the update, I have to reload the home page several times before it looks like it is supposed to look. Sometimes it loads links but not the style sheet for the Twenty Eleven theme. Sometimes, it loads the theme but the header space above the header image is four times larger than it is supposed to be. Sometimes the WordPress style sheet for the admin dashboard doesn’t load. What is causing the style sheets to act so funky?
