Several problems since 2.2 update–Request for help

  • Never had a problem updating WP, but 2.2 has broken so many things I don’t know where to start.

    1. I’m getting this error at the top of the dashboard page:

    Folks have recommended ensuring that no spaces or lines exist after the last PHP tag, and I ensured none do. Sometimes flushing the cache fixes this and sometimes it doesn’t.

    2. In addition to the above error, getting the following when running Akismet:
    Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/cerulean/public_html/wp-includes/cache.php:151) in /home/cerulean/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 329

    3. Several of my widgets no longer work now that the widget.php file has been moved, especially the King series of widgets from MP (King Links, King Text, etc.)

    My formerly happy WordPress existence has rapidly shifted to one of “upgrade displeasure.”
