Several Questions on modifying theme

    Hi, I wonder if you can help with the following:

    1. In single post, I would like to remove the category and author at the top and instead have tags there. https://elgobuda.uk/maglodi-ut-47/

    2. How to remove the second thinner horizontal rule?

    3. I would like to change the body to black, and the horizontal rule and the title text to white.
