Several sites under my wordpress blog

  • I have a domain tcast.co.il where my blog is. I also have other sites like tcast.co.il/forum and tcast.co.il/event. I wish to have tabs on my wordpress blog, just like the about tab, that clicking them will take to those sub web sites.

    I checked the help and pages is not the right option for this, can any one direct me in the right way to do this?

  • Anything after the / is a folder within the same site as the domain.

    Although they appear to be different sites, they are technically within the same site.

    If you want to continue this method, you need to upload a folder using FTP.

    So say you want a set of pages under the name of “Store”, add a folder called Store using FTP by dragging it across from your hard drive to anywhere within public_html on the server.

    Or you could choose to have sub domains by having https://store.tcast.co.il

    You can do this within your cpanel.

    That would be classed as a separate site, but to do this your domain tcast.co.il would have to be the main domain on your hosting account if it is shared hosting.
