    Hello !
I have a mall on a location, that has several stores. They all have the same adress.

On the list when I click on the different stores one by one, no problem, they appear .

But what I would like would be : clicking on the name of the mall and see all the shops of the mall.

Would I need some custom code for this or is there an option I did not see ? I think I may also need to change the adress or the coodonates because they are on the same spot I am guessing.

If you have any ideas I would be very gratefull.

    Cheers

  • Hi there, thanks for reaching out.

Well, if you have three different store locations inside of the same mall, there are two issues here to solve: first, as you mention, since the three of them share the same coordinates, the markers in the map are going to overlap, so in practice you will only see one of them.

If you want to avoid this, the only solution is to offset the coordinates by hand a little bit so they are not overlapping. I understand, even if the three stores are in the same mall, they are not exactly in the same physical location.

And this way, if you search the mall and there are three stores in it, they will be shown as different points in the map, even if separated by a few metres. I don’t quite understand what you mean by “clicking on the name of the mall and see all the shops of the mall”. I understand you would search for the mall or a nearby postcode, and you will see all three store locations in there. Please clarify.

    Best regards,

    Hi !

I just wanted to thank you for your input on the matter. The API we were using to get the coordonates was not very precise so we changed it and now it’s better. Some were still in the same place and I did as you said : I manually change the coordonates to be very near and it works very well.

As for the other question : forget it we decided against it but the general idea was to have a store called something like “the mall” and when you search for it or clicked on it on the list, all the stores of the mall would show up.

Anyway, thank you very much for you time !

    have a great day

    Hi again,
