I have made a few attempts to backup a website which is about 1.1GB
I use a non paid version.

Updraftplus attempted to make a backup several times but failed 3 times. Because of these unsuccessful attempts the used space on the providers server is now 3,6GB. How do I delete the failed backups from the server?

    Hi,

Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?

This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

The last existing backup is a successful one. I suppose there will be no error messages in it.
The unsuccessful backup attempts are not present in the existing backup tap and also there is no log of it.
But I know there is a lot of residue of the unsuccessful backups on the server because the site plus one backup should be 2.2. GB. But it’s 3.6GB.

I have downloaded the last successful backup to my pc. Is there a central place where all the updraftplus backups are located on the server of the hosting provider? If I can delete all the backups on the server of the hosting company, without damaging the website, the problem should be solved…or not?
    Regards,
    Deger
