After activating Memcached a few weeks ago, we have been experiencing recurring issues with standard WooCommerce functions. Only today, a customer pointed out that the BACS Gateway does not include bank details in the email confirmations. Some time ago, we also encountered problems with WC Analytics, which I posted on the WooCommerce forum.

In the respective orders in the wc_order_stats table, the date_completed is not set when Memcached is enabled. I reached out to your support to inquire about the possibility of defining exclusions, and the response was negative. I’m unsure who is responsible here, whether it’s WooCommerce or the SiteGround Memcached configuration, but the latter is advertised as compatible, which seems not to be the case.

These described errors are standard functions that we haven’t modified or altered through any third-party plugins. Currently, I have deactivated Memcached because it is evidently detrimental to business, and it’s unclear which other functions might be faulty, causing problems for our customers and loss of orders for us. It would be appreciated if you could provide insights into how compatibility with WooCommerce is ensured.

    Hello @mike8040,?

We’re not currently aware of any specific conflicts with WooCommerce, but we are willing to investigate this matter further for you.

We kindly ask you open a ticket from your SiteGround account and provide us with detailed instructions on how to replicate the issue. You may also include a link to this thread as a reference. Our Technical Support team will conduct a thorough investigation, and if they identify a bug, it will be reported to the plugin’s developers.

    Best Regards,?
    Kuzman Stoyanov
