• After installing this plugin and I’ve made a test order from my woocommerce site. I just set up terms for all products. After I check out what I found

    This plugin sends my customers email address to the plugin creator wpexperts.io

    Then the plugin creator sends order confirmation email to the customer from their email address <[email protected]>

    I can’t believe what I am seeing.

    Why would you send email to my customer without my permission?

    Why would you get my customers email address without my permission?

    Why would you get my customers order details without my permission?

    My customer can SUE me for violating their privacy.

    Also are you getting credit card info as well?

    We would like to inform you that our plugin doesn’t have the option or functionality to send any emails to the customer or admin.

    After looking at the email address that you provide above it seems like that the email was sent through berocket plugin.

    Also, we would suggest you deactivate our plugin and check the scenario of emails.

    We are 100% sure that emails are not sent from this plugin.

    Hi Thanks For your response. I don’t have any berocket plugin on this site. After I installed WooCommerce Product Disclaimer I saw the email. But after I complain to you now there is no email sent. I did no change. very strange.

    In the WooCommerce Product Disclaimer plugin, there is no function to trigger Emails.

    Also, If you see the first message which includes the name of berocket in the email. So, Kindly confirm that this issue wasn’t there and update your review as well.
