• The free version of this plugin is so limited it’s almost embarrassing. Basic features like profile picture fields or HTML fields are unavailable unless you pay.

    Hi @fraskeke,

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that you find the free version of the plugin to be limited, and we appreciate your input. Our goal with the free version is to provide basic tools for straightforward user registration and management.

Regarding the profile picture, while the field on the registration form is a premium feature, free users can still update their profile picture from the account page after registration, even if they didn’t set a profile picture during registration.

We’re continually working to improve the plugin, and your feedback is valuable in helping us enhance it. You can also submit feature requests here: https://wpuserregistration.com/feature-requests/

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we appreciate your understanding. If you find the plugin useful, we’d be grateful if you could consider updating your review.

    Regards!

I agree with @fraskeke that you have to pay to get anything other than very basic features. There is no way to nake the login form look like the registration form, for example, and I can find no way to redirect the login form at all. Please help me with that if it is possible. I’ve asked for help with it, but gotten none. I see it offered as a paid feature, but I don’t see it in the list of free ones. Nor can I find anywhere to set it in the Dashboard. If it’s there, it’s not very accessible. I am not using UM, so that’s not a way to do it, if I could.

Also, I only received 1 email on a test registration, but I have others checked. In addition, I do NOT want users to receive an email to verify their registration by having to click another link, but that’s always “on.” They’re going to receive an email from Admin anyway, so why not make the verification email optional like every other choice?

These are reasons I give the plugin only 2 stars. I would give 1, but it almost serves my purpose otherwise. I would like to use it if the login redirect were solved.
