Sexy bookmards not showing on full blog post

I would like to have the Sexy bookmarks show right below my posts on full content post format.

However, they only appear when the post is clicked. Most of my readers don’t click on the post, so I would like to have them see the bookmarks on the main blog page.

How can this be configured?
