Sexy Cron Manager

I tried a few others for testing my cron events and when I executed them they created a duplicate of my cron event, which caused all kinds of errors.

This plugin, on the other hand, executed everything perfectly. The interface is a pleasure to work with as it filters things on the fly, very dynamic.

Basically the only cron plugin you need, look no further.
