Sexybookmarks Missing FB Like Button

    For some odd reason my facebook like button has disappeared somewhere and I can’t figure out where and why.

    I have un-installed and reinstalled the plug-in as well as other plug-ins just in case it was some type of conflict with no luck.

    Any ideas?

    Last week we were alerted to this issue caused by a conflict with Facebook Social Plugin. The author was contacted by one of our users and has issued an update to correct the problem. Once you update Facebook Social Plugin with the newly released script, your buttons should reappear. ??

    Thanks for the reply, but is that a plug in directly from within word press or from the facebook developers site?

    I just updated the code from the Facebook site with no difference as of yet.

    The only information relayed to me by the user who contacted Facebook Social Plugin’s author was that he received an explanation concerning the problem and an update to the plugin was issued.

    You can verify if this is the cause of your missing button by deactivating Facebook Social Plugin to see if your Facebook Like reappears. If so, you will need to update the Facebook Social Plugin to remedy the conflict with Shareaholic’s SexyBookmarks.
