SF 1-1 Contact-Account setup for NonProfits – Account Missing

We’re using SF non-profit version with the one-to-one contacts/accounts infrastructure.
When leads are converted, account information is missing.
Is there an easy way to populate the account correctly with the user’s full name the way it when you create a new contact or import contacts into SF?https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/salesforce-wordpress-to-lead/
