SFW UPDATE INIT: KEY_IS_NOT_VALID

    I am getting the following errors when trying to synchronize the access key:

    Cron: Error occurred while updating SpamFireWall local base. Error: SFW UPDATE INIT: KEY_IS_NOT_VALID

    Error occurred while checking account status. Error: CONNECTION_ERROR : “cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received”

    Can you please help?

    Please, check it again. The CleanTalk servers should have processed your website requests by now.

    Does the problem persist?

    I no longer see the ‘Key is not valid’ error and protection is now active. However, I am seeing the cURL error on all of my sites.

    Hello.
    This is a temporary issue on our server-side.
    Please, click the button ‘Synchronize with Cloud’ (go to WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> gray button on the top of the page). Wait for a few minutes then refresh the page. This should help.
