The theme you mentioned was last updated in 2019. Therefore, it will probably no longer be usable today. I would recommend that you look for another theme. There are many more free ones to choose from here: https://www.ads-software.com/themes/

If you still want to use the theme you have chosen, you have 2 options:

a) Contact the theme’s support and hope for feedback: https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/sg-double/
b) Find someone to customize the theme for you so that it is compatible with the current WordPress and your hosting conditions. You may find someone like this here: https://jobs.wordpress.net
