    I understand I have gone over the quota of what service limits SG hosting put in place on their customers.
    I understand that SG host restrict their customers if they have used too much of the support team time as noted here;

    Excess Usage
    Our system keeps track of all your support inquiries and calculates statistical averages. In case it detects an exceedingly high usage compared to the averages of similarly situated customers for the same period, it may streamline your support interactions with the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency of the support delivered

    However I should not have such a restriction when there have been several errors recently which I had to re-visit on multiple occasions and spend countless hours to try and fix to then result in an apology from your staff due to their mis-handling.

    What I need is access now to my error logs please.
    I would like the support and service that I pay a premium price for.
    This is not a developer question, it is merely access to what information SG restricts to their customers.
    Error logs are restricted, I need access to my error log and would appreciate if my support access was unblocked.
