    Hello @eventtvs,

This kind of issue with the site’s .css would usually occur when there is a conflict with a different plugin and/or a theme.

What I can recommend is to make sure you disable any other caching plugins you may have active for the site, before enabling the SiteGround Optimizer.

Once the SiteGround Optimizer is active, you may test the website with various combinations of settings and decide which one work best for your setup. While we don’t recommend using multiple caching plugins, if you would like to have it enabled along with a different one, make sure that you avoid duplicate functionality.

In case the issue is still present with just the SiteGround Optimizer active, I will recommend to open a support ticket within your SiteGround account, so we can investigate the issue in more details.

    Best Regards,

    @eventtvs,

    Please allow me to assist.

Your issue is similar to the one we experienced (i.e., broken pages). From our research, it happens when “File-Based Caching” is activated, you make changes to your website (directly or by other means), and fail to clear all cache.

To solve the issue, this is what we did:

    (1) Disable “File-Based Caching”
(SG Optimizer > Caching > Caching Types > File-Based Caching)

    (2) Purge your theme’s cache
(Example: Avada > Options > Performance > Reset Avada Caches)

    (3) Perform a “Manual Cache Purge”
(SG Optimizer > Caching > Caching Settings > Manual Cache Purge > Purge Cache)

    (4) Perform a “Purge SG Cache”
(WP Menu > Purge SG Cache)

    (5) If using a CDN (other than Cloudflare), clear your CDN’s cache

    (6) Clear your browser’s cache

    Important:

    (a) Do not re-enable “File-Based Caching.”
    (b) If the problems persists, disable all other caching plugins (as recommended by @gpetrova) and perform the same steps provided above.

Every website configuration is different, so the above may not work for everyone.

As a courtesy, can you let us know if the above worked for you? (Note: Checked your website. It’s awesome. It appears you fixed your issue.)

    Best wishes!
