    Hi,

This morning all my custom product attributes “disappeared” both from the front end and the back end. The only thing I did was updating SG Optimizer, and I am still running WP 4.9.8.

Having read on the web, the issue is linked to caching. Adding a random attribute miraculously restores all other attributes, luckily.

Never had this issue before in my life. Can the SG Optimizer be modified to avoid this problem in the future?

    Thanks!

Update: Adding a random attribute restores all other attributes in the system and to existing products on the front end. So far, so good. However, it does not restore attributes in the product edit screen. In other words, if you want to change attributes on existing products, or even copy them into new products, you will need to delete them and add again individually. This is a bigger issue than appeared initially.

Do you have anything new enabled on your end? I would try disabling Memcached, flush all caches and visit the permalinks page just in cae.

Thanks for your reply! I will do as you suggest.

That said, nothing really changed on my site that would cause this issue. The same setup as when the v4 of the Optimizer was used with no ill effects. Interestingly, I have a development website which now runs WordPress 5 and it did not experience this problem.
