SGST & CGST Calculation is showing incurrate in my GST calculation

Hi,
I have added 3 tax slabs of 18%, 12%,5%
I have shown the price inclusive tax on the shop page and Round tax at subtotal level, instead of rounding per line is checked because i wanted rounded tax value.
Now for example if i m adding products say price 600 INR (Including 18% GST) and adding 1 quantity then the Ex GST price will be 492 but its showing me 508.47 INR.
Moreover, when i checking the 9% CGST and 9% SGST its showing 45.63 each which actually should be 54 INR each.
Kindly help. I have remove the ticks from the compound and shipping while adding the tax slab.

The calculation excluding GST that WooCommerce is showing you is correct.
The tax is calculated on the base cost of the product. If the base cost of the product is 508.47, and you add 18% tax to it, then the final cost including the GST comes to 599.44 that would be rounded off as 600, please see the screenshot below:
