Shadow Border Crashes in IE on 16inch and bigger Screen

    I have created customized shadow Border on the home page and on Side bar, and it works just fine on Fire fox and Chrome but doesn’t ssems like working IE with Screen bigger than 16inch.

    Any Suggestions???
