Shadow (iegradient) disappears when header image is on

    When I activate the header image (customize -> header) the iegradient shadow of the topnav disappears and the header image border becomes adherent to the top menu. I would like for it to show up in any case.

    Further info:
    No background image or color is selected.
    If I remove the header image, or if I place it under the secondary menu, the shadow appears.

    Is it possible to fix it?
