Shadowbox JS is below the menu bar, not the top of the page!

I have installed and enabled Shadowbox JS but my menu bar on top and will not be dimmed. I’m using the Theme Twenty Eleven. I have tested lightbox that worked without problems but fancybox, Auto Thickbox Plus ports submenu. What am I doing wrong and how can I correct this? Really grateful for help.
