shadowbox-js plugin: No images & No video player

  • Hi-

    I installed the shadowbox-js plug-in with my wp-theme but no images are showing (large or thumbs in home or posts) and no videos are display. I have added images to my posts and added code for videos from YouTube. Neither is displaying.

    Per instructions, I set the cache folder to 777. I just downloaded the plug-in again and added manually. Chose the option not to use the cache but this didn’t work either. I also contacted my hosting company to see about “whitelist” of domain as I saw in another recommendation but waiting on that from their end.

    So my theme install is NOT complete. I don’t have any images or
    video showing in the site.
