shadowbox not working at all

I’ve been using Lightbox, but I wanted to view video as well as images, so I installed the Shadowbox plug-in.

Shadow box is supposed to take over all previously “Lightboxed” images Automatically. That is not happening…. nor is it Shadowboxing any new images, (which is supposed to also happen automatically).

Then I added this line of code that i got from Sivel.net:
<a href="//domain.tld/directory/to/image.jpg”" rel="”shadowbox[album]“">Image</a>

First of all the domain https://www.domain.tld can not be found (i know it’s just an example but c’mon, sloppy)…. second when i put my own info in it doesn’t work unless I TAKE OUT the quotes…. so my line of code is this:
<a href="wp-content/uploads/2010/06/Josie1.jpg" rel="shadowbox[">Image</a>

However the Shadowbox effect STILL doesn’t work, it simply loads the image on a new page. The directions for this are so simple it’s hard to know what I’m doing wrong! Please help, thank you so much.
