• I was hoping to use this plug-in for an “off label” purpose, but unfortunately it didn’t work out. The good news is the developer honored the money back guarantee, so if you’re unsure if this plug-in will work for your needs, give it a go.

    Hello. Scroll down to the bottom of your product page and it says: “If you don’t like the plugin just contact us and [you] will get your money back.” So that’s what I did. I contacted you directly:

    11/13/23: product purchased – I can provide my license key if you like.
    12/4/23: my first email asking for a refund after giving it a few weeks to try to make it work. I provided the license key and all the info so you would know it was legit. Same day I get the response, “Thanks for the message, we’ll get back to you soon as possible!”
    12/29/23: My second email telling you I hoped to hear back on the refund soon. I even used a smiley face emoji. I was giving you the benefit of the doubt as it was the holidays (hence the delayed response).
    1/4/24: my last email asking you to honor your guarantee

    But no response whatsoever. I can send screenshots or resend/forward the emails if you like.

    I was well within the 30 days of the “100% Money Back Guarantee.” I really wish this would have worked for us – I was encouraged by all the other great reviews. But I couldn’t know if it would work for our unique needs until I got the paid version. Sadly, it didn’t do what we needed it to do. That was a bummer, but it’s even more of a bummer when a company doesn’t stand behind their promises.
