• This company is a huge scam.

    They have hidden their refund policy into their PRIVACY POLICY and refuse to refund me even though my purchase is only a day old.

    I purchased a developers license after using their free version and emailing about their ALBUM feature in the paid version. The free version has Pagination and Rating features that I really liked but when I asked about the ALBUMS feature they did not mention that all the features in the FREE gallery are not included in the paid version.

    They are refusing to refund my money. DO NOT PURCHASE!

    After that, we informed you that we have an Album functionality which is included both in the Image Gallery plugin and Photo Gallery plugin which can complement your needs. Besides, we have provided a video with its functionality, where it is clearly shown how this option works. Right after providing the video, you decided to purchase the plugin because you were satisfied with the plugin’s functionality.

    However, you requested a refund for the features (i.e. pagination and rating) which have never been included in the Albums functionality and you haven’t even mentioned in your emails that you are willing to have these features in the Album option.

    Thus, it doesn’t mean that we are chitting or lying you because it’s not anywhere written in the documentation that the Album functionality is equipped with the pagination and rating functionality.

    According to our refund policy, we are able to make a refund in the case of dysfunction of the plugin which can’t be fixed by our developers and we don’t hide this from our customers as it’s clearly mentioned publicly on our website: https://prntscr.com/gq7txs

    As a compensation, we offered you the developer version of any other product absolutely for FREE but you refused that.
    If there is anything which is done against the customers’ rights, please, tell us and we will be happy to discuss anything you find dishonest.
