    Hello, I am using the free Neve theme. On my home page I have a fixed background image that is repeated in 3 places. The resulting parallax effect looks great in Chrome and Firefox but is quite shaky in Safari. I have no other animations on the home page. There is one other photo, 3 buttons, text, and two forms. I am using a Macbook Air so I have not had a look in Internet Explorer to see what it looks like there.

    Is there anything that could be done to fix this?

    My site is hosted at siteground.com; I am building it right now so I have not posted a link to it.

    I originally built the site using Elementor, but decided I didn’t like it, so I have deleted it and have been using the Gutenberg editor.

    Thanks so much for your help!

  • Hi @paperebekah,

    Thank you for trying the Neve theme!

    We are no aware of this issue to provide some global fix so we would need to check your website to identify what could be wrong and what happens in the Safari browser.

    Whenever you can share a public URL please post it here and we’ll take a look if there is something we can help with.

    Thank you!

    Hello and thanks very much for the reply. I have made my website public but password protected so it is easier to show others. If it is possible to share the username and password with you privately in some way (email maybe?) that would be great, but if not, I understand. Thanks again!

    @paperebekah,

    Sorry for the delay but, unfortunately, we don’t have a way to share it secretly so whenever you can share it in public – we are here to help.

    Thank you for understanding.
