Shame!

  • This is an unprecedented case of deceiving (and, dare I say, insulting) WordPress users, by changing the original purpose of a plugin for another completely different one. When a plugin gets so many 1-star reviews in less than a week (outnumbering the 5-star ones sooooo quickly), then www.ads-software.com must take action on the matter.

    If you aimed at creating a profile user plugin, you should have created a new one (BTW, the slug “wp-user-avatar” will stay “forever” linked to this plugin -or, at least, until this plugin is brought down). This is a case study of a really bad practice towards a community which has always grown by respecting each other’s work. Bad move, man.
