Shame on SendGrid

All the problems previously reported are true, the most recent five-star rating appears to have been a mistake.

Shocking that a $3 billion company could so badly neglect their own plugin for the most used CMS.

Even on a simple technical level, how could they manage to do such a bad job?

And what does that neglect and incompetence say about their service as a whole?

I only tried this because a client is already using SendGrid. I usually use Mailgun and their WordPress plugin is terrific, have never had a problem with it. So, it can be done if the company behind a service actually gives a damn.
