Share and Follow Black Bar

We’re using the share and follow Follow Tab on the side of our page, with no “follow us” words, no border, transparent background. When the icons display, there is a black bar behind the top one. Is there any way to get rid of the bar? See page at https://rsanews.com Icons are currently on the right side of the page but the bar appears whether left, right, top or bottom.
