Share and Follow Plugin Load Speed Issue

Hi There,
I have spent the week trying to resolve some site speed issues and I use plugin called share and follow. This is causing loading issues because whatever way it was set up it seems to be trying to connect to a private IP. Link its trying to link to is

Anyone got any idea how to resolve this without deleting the plugin?
