share blog with facebook and etc

On wordpress.com I have a tab called share on the left bar that allows me to link to all my social media tabs so that when I post a blog it is uploaded to all of them simultaniously. Can’t find the same tab here and wondering if it is possible to share blogs automatically with soc.med. Please help!
