Can you link us to the URL where this is happening, please?
We were able to see our buttons displaying correctly on one of our sites.
Also, if your web browser configurations are blocking our cookies, this will prevent our tools from working properly, and the sharing buttons will not display / function as expected in your browser.
With that in mind, please check your tracking or cookies configurations on your web browser and make sure:
“Enhanced Tracking Protection” is set to “Standard” on Firefox.
Once you’ve done this, please restart your browser and let us know if the buttons are functioning properly.
