share buttons not working

    Hi there,

    I’m Ribin from the AddThis support team. I went to this site https://www.herlustpalette.com/ and I’m not seeing any AddThis tools installed- https://i.imgur.com/HCdDoZQ.png. I need to see the URL address of the page where you’re seeing the problem with out tools installed. Then only I can investigate on the issue and suggest you anything.

    Hi Katrina.

    Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your issue.

    I can see our tools on your homepage and not on a specific post’s page. The issue here is that out addthis_widget.js isn’t being included in your sites header for all pages. I’ve tested our plugin with a clean copy of the fashionista theme you’re using, and am unable to replicate the same issue. Did you make any code customization to the fashionista theme for your site?

    If you’d like us to continue troubleshooting this issue, please reach out to us at [email protected] with a copy of the fashionista theme straight off your server (in case there’s any customizations) and we’d be happy to take a closer look.
