Share count are rest to zero

I m using SumoMe free plugin in my website and using its “Share” app for blog sharing on social media.
Now I found that the share count of some of my previous blogs are reset to zero and it still continue to other blogs also.
I have got many shares there and this thing happened is very frustrating.
Can any one help in this ?
It’s really urgent. The website is live and many visitors come daily on this.
