Share counts and total shares not show up

But, I have problem with Share counts and total shares. I tried everything and they don’t show up

We need your website url to look into the issue.

And i have one more question, It is possible change “Pinit”, not “Pinterest” button like this

Are you talking about standard Pinterest sharing icon OR official Pin it button?

Were you facing issue with share counts from the beginning (when you installed the plugin) or it happened later?

For now, it won’t be possible to change the text of Pin it button. We will see if Pinterest provide options to customize text and will try to include that in our plugin ASAP.

I figured out what was going on.
When I disable “Autoptimize” plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/autoptimize/, Share Counts and Total share is show up.
There is a conflict between this two plugins.

I’m Autoptimize’s developer. This is very likely a javascript issue that can easily be fixed by changing some settings on the Autoptimize admin-page. Have a look at AO’s FAQ for more info on how to troubleshoot.

I added sassy-social-share in line “Exclude scripts from Autoptimize” under settings of the Autoptimize admin-page, and everything is working now.

Try clearing share counts cache from Miscellaneous section at plugin options page in admin area. What is the time duration you have set in Share count cache refresh time option?

Hi I clear cache counts and refresh share count cache is 10 minutes.

Try deactivating other plugins one-by-one to see which one is causing problem.
