    Hello,
    I don’t see a Facebook page I want to connect to in the list of my connection confirmations. However, I have full access to the facebook account (facebbok settings visible in the page configuration / Page access).
    Is there another condition for appearing in this list?

    Please try the following the steps:

    1. Log in to your Facebook account.
    2. Click your profile picture.
    3. Navigate to?Settings and Privacy?→?Settings.
    4. In the left sidebar, under?Your Activity and Permissions, click?Business Integrations.
    5. Find and remove?Jetpack Social?from the list of integrations.
    6. Return to your site’s WP-Admin.
    7. Reconnect Jetpack Social according to the instructions provided on this page.

    Hello Alin,

    Thank you for your feedback.
    Jokerconseils is a Facebook page and not an account. So I don’t have the Professional Integrations tab.
    I checked directly on the account that has full access to the page but in the list of integrations, I have Jetpack but not Jetpack social.

    Please go ahead and remove the Jetpack integration you see there, try to reconnect your Facebook page again and let us know if you still have issues.

    Unfortunately, I still don’t have my Jokerconseils page in the facebook connection list, even though I’ve deleted the application from Professional Integrations.

    Hi there, @oceancommunications,

    I trust you’re the admin of the Facebook page, can you confirm this to me?

    Also, while investigating the problem I noticed that there are some connection hiccups that might be affecting the way the Social connection is working. In order for us to better understand what’s going on, could you temporarly install the main Jetpack plugin and connect it to your site? if you don’t want it active after that, once we solve the problem you can remove it.

    Hello,
    When I log on to my Joker conseils page with my Facebook account and go to Settings / Page configuration / Page access, I have full control.
    I had already done some tests by installing the Jetpack plugin but I’ve just done it again.
    I’ve been able to retest the connection with Facebook but I still don’t have my page in the list of possible connections.

    Thanks for the follow-up. Reading your last communication made think where we’re having some account mismatch – for example, it might be possible that the account that won the Facebook connection is not the same one that owns the Jetpack connection, or the other way around.

    At this point, I’d like to run some more tests with you on your site to try to figure out what’s happening, and that would involve some sensitive data sharing we don’t want to disclose in a public forum. Could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread? Thanks a lot!
