Share icons missing on all iOS devices

  • Using newest version of WP and AddThis and tested in both chorme and safari on iPhone 6,7 and ipad 4.

    Share buttons missing but working without any problems on android and windows.

    Any advice would be welcome

    Hi there,

    This is a bug we are looking into for iOS. In the meantime, what I’d suggest is that you switch the plugin to AddThis.com Dashboard mode, which doesn’t have this issue:

    To change this, go to the Advanced Options page within the plugin settings and scroll to the bottom to look for “I want to control my plugin from…”. You’ll want to change this to AddThis.com instead of WordPress.

    Was this bug ever resolved? The reason I ask is because I am noticing that the same issue is occurring on a site that I am currently working on in iOS devices only.

    This issue was actually just brought into the next development cycle. As of now, it should be resolved within the next two weeks.

    Thanks for the reply. Any updates on this? We’re looking to launch a client’s site in the coming days and they are using this plugin, so we are hoping that a fix will be released before then!
