    When you share one of your jobs, Facebook crawls your site and searches for images that can fit its requirements to be displayed in the Preview window. You can help Facebook by defining Open Graph meta tags, and adding links to the image you want to share on Facebook among these meta tags.

    Jetpack can add these Open Graph meta tags to your posts. I’d suggest installing Jetpack or another Open Graph plugin to give Facebook a better chance of finding the right image.
