Share photos between subblogs?

I need to know if I can upload only one file in multisite and it is be can shared between all subblogs.

The idea is to upload only a single file and through each subblog add the metadata in the appropriate language.

My objetive is to use the multisite to generate the same blog in 3 languages and not triple the graphic content (I myself am in charge of translating the text content)
