Share private content with notification

    I’ve a site that use paid membership pro (plus) plug-in.
    Which add-ons or plugin (even premium) do you advice to share private content to single member with email notification through wordpress

    i.e.
    “content X” to John, “content y” to Frank, “content Z” to Justin,
    and every time I add private content to a user he/she receive a notification in email to read (or download) content.
