Share Recovery?

I would like to switch to WP Upper Share Buttons on a site with a lot of existing shares–the original shares were HTTP but we’re migrating to HTTPS now.
I tested the plugin on the site live briefly, but unfortunately the existing HTTP shares didn’t show up. ??
When activated, this page: https://www.gozen.com/5-things-you-should-never-say-to-an-anxious-child/ showed 37 Twitter shares… but nothing else (although that’s good that the twitter counter is working!)
I have the canonical and og:url set to the original (http) version of the post. Is there anything additional we can do to make this work?

I’m sorry for the delay in replying.
This is a problem related to social networks, I do not have a viable way to fix this in the plugin.
It would be too bad for performance of your site to get the scores twice.See the examples below, with the query being made direct in the Facebook API.
With HTTPS: https://graph.facebook.com/?id=https://www.gozen.com/5-things-you-should-never-say-to-an-anxious-child/
