Regarding your question, I saw the website that you have linked to me, you should show social buttons in the tabs.
Try to use the shortcode [cresta-social-share] inside the tabs, It should work!

Unfortunately, the plugin does not do this kind of work, can not share a specific section (or tab) on a page.
To do such a thing you should customize the function.

The structure of the site you linked to me is different from your own site. In the site you linked me, each tab has a “individual” page.

About the plugin, a customization of this kind would not work for some technical reasons regarding the number of shares.
The plugin can only work if the page to share is the same as where the user is located.
