• I installed the plugin and successfully added my bluesky details and app password but published posts are not being shared to bluesky.
    WP 6.6.1 on PHP 8.2
Is there a way to check the installation?

  • It works for me without any problems.

It is not working for me either, there is no feedback if you get the settings right or wrong and no way to test it from the plugin which would be helpful.

it seems to be a good plugin but not yet complete

My posts are showing up on BlueSky.

    I used the following:

@khurtwilliams thank you, I was using the wrong indentifier and just my normal password for bluesky

I cannot get this to work. Want it to work.

    I used the following:

There was a word associated with the app password which I tried with no luck.

    I appreciate any help.

try to change the domain to https://bsky.social and use only keyspure.bsky.social as ID.

Noting that I’ve run into the same problem and not fully certain what’s the correct content to add in the settings fields. Some better helper text there, perhaps using your own account @pfefferle as an example might help (obviously without sharing your actual password / application password).

Also, that Password field should probably NOT be showing the password after saving (maybe even masking on input by default with option to show password on input)?

@jeffpaul If the password is stored, then something went wrong! the plugin should not store it and forgets it, in favor of an Access-Key, when everything works smoothly!

I will invest some time into the plugin during holidays!

Sorry for the inconveniences you all!

I found some public APIs I can use to get all of the informations I need, without you having to put them into input fields!

So it should be possible to auto suggest you accounts based on your username and then you have to simply provide the password and that should be it.

Now my JS skills are needed ??

@pfefferle any chance of getting the plugin to work with bbpress (Forums, topics and replies ) ?

@clivesmith this is only crossposting, no real federation! do you really want to have every topic posted to bluesky?

@pfefferle No I want to choose what posted. I moderate every post. but because my website is a forum I want to send to bluesky post-types of forums, topics and replies. I do not use Posts. A lot of people use bbpress. my website is wateratairports.com if you look at it you may see why.
