Share users between multiple installs

  • Hi all,

    We have 2 WordPress Networks and a few stand-alone WP installs.
    Not to mention PHPBB forum which is integrated with one of stand-alone WPs…

    What would you guys suggest as the best way to share users between 2 networks and 7-8 stand-alone WPs?
    Should we implement the users/usermeta database trick? Something like LDAP or OpenID? Anything else?
