"Share:000" instead of only "Share:"

Just to elaborate – it should not even show ‘Share’.

Would be grateful, if you can offer your insight and/or possible solution on this.

I have seen this response in 3 or 4 other posts about this issue but it doesn’t resolve it. Do you have any other suggestions? Its getting quite annoying that I keep on seeing “Share This…oooo” at the beginning of all my posts on facebook. Please help.

It looks like it’s showing the text from the counters in the title because the numbers are the first thing in the_content(); (when positioning the social counter above the content).

I’m having this problem too and it looks awful having that in my excerpts when I share to Facebook.

I’m using Genesis. Is there anyway I can move the top buttons output to before the entry content so it’s not included in the excerpts? Please help! Some sort of filter I can use?
