Shareaholic conflict with DIVI

    All of the sudden the Divi start producing the error when I click the save button. It took me hours to find out that shareholic causing the issue. Whenever I add this shortcode in page/post [shareaholic app=”share_buttons” id=”xxxxx”] divi start generating the error https://prntscr.com/kzdhq3

    A couple of questions:

    1. Nothing has changed on our end. Did it work earlier and it has stopped working now or did it never work?

    2. Did you replace the “xxxxx” with your actual ID?

    1) It’s the first time i’m using shareaholic with Divi, in that case, it never works.

    2) Yes, I added my actual ID

    @burhandodhy We do not have access to a Divi site, so this is going to be a bit hard for us to see what may be going on.

    1. Have you been able to include other shortcodes successfully?
    2. I was able to add the shortcode on the demo site:

    I tried both:
    <?php echo do_shortcode ('[shareaholic app="share_buttons" id="123"]'); ?>
    and
    [shareaholic app="share_buttons" id="123"]

    Please do open a ticket with Divi as well.

    Yes, Every other 3rd party plus my own custom code shortcodes are working fine.

    2. I was able to add the shortcode on the demo site:

    The demo site doesn’t have save button and error occur when we save the changing.

    Update: I’ve pinged the Divi team for help. They are aware of this thread.

    Super cool, I’m also in touch with Divi team. If I get any update I will post it in here.

    Hi guys, I just tried to replicate the issue on my test WordPress installation and I could not see anything wrong. Can anyone give it a try on my test website at:

    Username: temp

    You can create a new page, activate Visual Builder and add this shortcode:
    [shareaholic app="share_buttons" id="28257318"]

    I already tried it on the page here and I could not reproduce the issue:
