Shareaholic is really slowing down my site

No – that doesn’t help at all. The bloat it puts on a site is unacceptable, and I’m surprised that ANYONE uses this

Same exact problem.. With plugin more than 8 secs… Without 717ms!!!!

I’m having the same problem! I love Shareholic but with it, it takes my site 12+ seconds to load and only 3 seconds without it! As the original poster said, that is unacceptable. According GTmetrix, the plugin causes a TON of redirects. Using GT’s grading system for “minimized redirects”, I got an F (0) using shareholic and an A (100) without it.
